Administration
C.M.P High School is run by an experienced management with Mrs. M. Akhter Suharwardi (M.A. B.Ed) as the Principal. The school is run on a pattern of a four level management system with the structure as Principal, Supervisor, H.O.Ds and Teachers. At the top level, the Principal oversees the day to day affairs and takes decisions related to various academic and non-academic aspects of the school. Orders and directions are passed to School Supervisor who manages the team of H.O.Ds, the heads for different departments. Each H.O.D in turn handles a group of teachers, about 20 in number. Thus, teachers report to Deptt. Heads (H.O.Ds), who report to School Supervisor, who in turn reports to the Principal. At the lower level, teachers interact with the students and parents and report the progress of work to their respective H.O.Ds. The H.O.Ds interact with the teachers on a regular basis to keep a check on daily routine, status, obtain feedback and keep them aware of the daily routine. The H.O.Ds produce a weekly report of their respective departments and hold regular review meetings with the supervisor to sort issues arising from day to day affairs. Higher level management is engaged with making other higher level decisions such as introducing latest methods of teaching, upgrading syllabus books, arranging inter school contests, quizzes and debates, organizing competitions (football matches, cricket tournaments, carom championships), preparing cultural programs for television shows, annual functions, conducting examinations, recruiting and training employees, advertising and campaigning for promoting the cause of education, arranging state and national level camps and educational tours organized by the state and central government from time to time. Besides, regular guidance is also sought from experienced individuals from other external governmental and non-government agencies in establishing an efficient, effective and powerful administration.
